These additional terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the advertising products or services set forth below that Amazon Advertising LLC and/or its Affiliates (collectively, “Amazon”) provide to you, the advertiser and/or the agency on behalf of the advertiser, or the agency, as applicable (“You” or “Your”). By purchasing or using products or services from Amazon, You agree to the applicable Terms set forth below. These Terms may be incorporated by reference into any agreements You and Amazon have entered into, including advertising requests (each an “IO”) and, in the event of a conflict between these Terms and any such agreement, these Terms shall prevail. Specifically, the Force Majeure section of the applicable agreement You and Amazon have entered into shall prevail. The English version of the Terms is final and translations are for convenience only.
These Terms are intended to be read and understood in conjunction with the Technical Specifications and Advertising Policies (including any limitations on ad delivery, tracking, and reporting) and will apply solely to the extent the products and services listed in the Ad Request are used to execute Your campaign.
Amazon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time by posting such modifications here. The Terms effective on or before the effective date of Your Ad Request apply to that Ad Request, provided that changes that address new products or services, or that comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives will be effective immediately upon posting.
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the advertising request or other applicable agreement. Any headings, or similar references, contained in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not be construed to limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
