Vendors and Sellers can create Stores through the advertising dashboard. Because Stores will become an integral part of the Amazon shopping experience, they must maintain the high level of trust that Amazon has built with our shoppers.


Vendors and Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations that apply to the Vendor or Seller, the content of the Store, and any locations where the Store appears. This includes obtaining any required licenses or approvals from local regulatory agencies to sell, distribute, or advertise the products you intend to advertise with Amazon or include in your Store.


In addition, Vendors or Sellers must comply with Amazon’s Restricted Products Policy and the following Store Content Acceptability Policy and Guidelines. Failure to comply with our policies will result in your Store not being approved until you correct any policy violations. Amazon may suspend or terminate your advertising accounts for serious or repeated violations of our Advertising Policies.
