1.A: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
| Q: We are a manufacturer located in Taixing Jiangsu-the violin town. We have made violins products,kids guitar,ukulele and violin cases. We have made all grades and all sizes. Our price is competitive and with good service. We have our exporting license and is professional in exporting. If in need,we can help to export other musical instruments,too. |
2.A: What is your MOQ of products?
| Q: Normally our MOQ is 1 carton that means 10 pieces. But if it is for sample,we can send 1 piece through courier. We accept small order same big order. Welcome to order from us. |
3.A: Do you make OEM products?
| Q: We make OEM products for most of our customers. Especially foreign customers. Your brand can be printed on the violins products and the accessories as well. |
4.A: What is your delivery time if making order?
| Q: We have stock of some of the normal ordered products. If your order no have special products,we can send in one week. If you make big order,according to your quantity,we will have a schedule for you,normally within 30 days. |
5.A: How to make payments?
| Q: We prefer to a down payment of 30% when ordering. And the balance payment before shipment. We will send products checking pictures for you to confirm and pay. |
6.A: What is your port of exporting usually?
| Q: We mostly export from Shanghai and our price can quote FOB shanghai. For FCL,it is better to export from Shanghai and save shipping cost. And the second port that’s close and popular is Ningbo.Well,we can ship to Guangzhou or Tianjin or any other ports to ship if in need. |
7.A: May I buy related products and ship from your company?
| Q: We are happy to work with shops and ship them all products from our warehouse. If to order accessory and ship together,can save you cost a lot. |
